Total Body Circuit - Level II

Description:

This athletic class combines cardiovascular exercise, resistance and core strength exercises in a circuit. You will do 5 minutes of heart pounding cardiovascular exercise, 2 minutes of upper body resistance training, 2 minutes of lower body resistance training, 2 minutes of abdominal exercises. You will repeat this circuit three or four times throughout the class. This class is a full body workout. (II)
