Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is an exercise that helps people with arthritis to improve balance, increase range of motion and can prevent falls. Benefits of this exercise can help to reduce pain, stiffness and stress caused by arthritis. In addition, increased muscular strength also helps to protect the joints. This program has a minimum of 20 weeks commitment, registrations must be completed January, 7th and no later than January 11th.
